Each day begins in stillness—with the breath, the body, the silence. Morning yoga and meditation awaken the energy within, followed by a local Indian breakfast. After breakfast, we will dive into our different courses and practices, including Healing, Reiki, Reflexology, Marma points, Ayurvedic massage, Ayurvedic cooking and Kundalini Kriya Yoga. We will spend two hours diving deep into these disciplines daily, followed by lunch.
Afternoons are yours to rest, reflect, or wander the holy banks of the Ganga. Evenings open into sacred space, you can explore the city, take a swim in the Ganga, experience one of the many aarti (fire ceremony) that take place at sunset on the different ghats along the river or attend other events happening in the Tapovan or Lakshman Jhula area across the river.
Your Holistic Retreat in India starts with three days of Sound Healing course, followed by 6
days of Reiki mastery (levels 1, 2 and 3). The following two days will be dedicated to
Reflexology and two days of Marma points. From Marma points, we will move on to
Ayurvedic massage, where you will learn how to do a full-body Ayurveda massage and
incorporate the Marma points.
Then, we will delve into three days of Kundalini Kriya Yoga, followed by a 3-day Ayurvedic
cooking class.

Ayurveda food is a natural way of eating based on your body type, called dosha. It uses fresh, seasonal, and easy-to-digest ingredients. This type of food helps the body stay balanced, improves digestion, boosts immunity, and keeps the mind calm. It also helps prevent illness and supports healthy living.
Reflexology is based on the principle that the feet, hands and ears contain points corresponding to different body parts. By applying pressure to specific points on the hands, feet and ears, you can promote overall well-being. A great complementary therapy to massage.
Yes. This retreat gives you the foundational training and certifications in Reiki (Levels 1–3), kundalini yoga, Ayurveda therapies, and other healing techniques. You’ll return not just with certificates, but with the confidence, clarity, and quiet strength of a spiritual guide.
All sessions are conducted in easy-to-understand English. We use simple words so that non- native speakers can follow everything comfortably. The teaching is slow-paced, clear, and supportive.
This retreat is for all body types and all levels. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Our teachers guide each student according to their ability, and focus is placed on inner awareness, not performance. But you have to be physically fit.
The retreat is well-balanced. Mornings are for yoga and learning, but you’ll have free time every afternoon to rest, journal, explore Rishikesh, or just be with nature. It’s a calm, nourishing experience, not a strict schedule.
This is a complete 21-day training, and we strongly recommend you attend from start to finish to get the full benefit and certification. Partial attendance is not advised unless it’s a genuine emergency.
