At Braham Yoga, great care is taken to ensure that the stay is homely, making it a home away from home for students. Itis hygienically well maintained with sufficient ventilation. Rishikesh is titled as the Yoga Capital and blessed with beautiful natural surroundings gives it a perfect yoga space. As we are located at the heart of Rishikesh the location gives a serene impression of being close to nature and these natural colors of nature provide us a pure backdrop of our campus so, as to keep the stay conducive for yoga training. Each room is fully equipped with necessary things available for stay. Linen and beddings are changed and washed regularly in order to maintain the hygiene and rooms are also cleaned on a regular basis. At the same time we expect all our students to maintain the conduct of keeping the area clean by not letting any wastes to be dropped or left around and using bins which are provided.

As there might be a slight difference in the local conditions from other places, students might find a couple of dishes on the menu unfamiliar but no need to worry as warty our best efforts to prepare the food with utmost devotion and love which could cater the needs of nourishment of all the layers of our personality. The diet routine is fixed in order to keep the food healthy, naturally cleansing and detoxifying, nutritive and providing strength at the same time to keep up with the rigorous routine of training and practice
