What to expect from the course
Each day begins in stillness—with the breath, the body, the silence. Morning yoga and
meditation awaken the energy within, followed by a local Indian breakfast. After breakfast,
we will dive into our different courses and practices, including Sound Healing, Reiki,
Reflexology, Marma points, Ayurvedic massage, Ayurvedic cooking and Kundalini Kriya
Yoga. We will spend two hours diving deep into these disciplines daily, followed by lunch.
Afternoons are yours to rest, reflect, or wander the holy banks of the Ganga. Evenings open
into sacred space, you can explore the city, take a swim in the Ganga, experience one of the
many aarti (fire ceremony) that take place at sunset on the different ghats along the river or
attend other events happening in the Tapovan or Lakshman Jhula area across the river.
