The following two days will be dedicated to Reflexology and two days of Marma points. From Marma points, we will move on to Ayurvedic massage, where you will learn how to do a full-body Ayurveda massage and incorporate the Marma points.
Then, we will delve into three days of Kundalini Kriya Yoga, followed by a 3-day Ayurvedic cooking class.
This isn't just a course — it's a transformative experience where you gain the skills and wisdom to become a certified holistic healer and practitioner.
Sound Healing is a therapeutic practice utilizing sound vibration from singing bowls, gongs or other instruments to promote intense healing, relaxation and well-being of the mind, body and spirit.
"Marma" means "vital points that hold life force energy." These energy points are intersections of the body's energy channels. It's incorporated into traditional Ayurvedic massage due to the belief that it can help sustain the flow of energy throughout the body.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that aims to balance energy while promoting relaxation and well-being. Practitioners use gentle touch or a hovering method to help facilitate universal life energy flow.
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian medicine that promotes holistic health and healing through diet, herbal remedies, lifestyle, detoxification treatments and practices like yoga and meditation to bring balance to the mind, body and spirit.
Ayurvedic massage draws on this ancient medicine and, through gentle touch, seeks to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit through massage with warm medicinal oils and stimulation with Marma points.
Ayurveda food is a natural way of eating based on your body type, called dosha. It uses fresh, seasonal, and easy-to-digest ingredients. This type of food helps the body stay balanced, improves digestion, boosts immunity, and keeps the mind calm. It also helps prevent illness and supports healthy living.
Reflexology is based on the principle that the feet, hands and ears contain points corresponding to different body parts. By applying pressure to specific points on the hands, feet and ears, you can promote overall well-being. A great complementary therapy to massage.
Kriya Yoga is a specific sequence of physical actions and breathing techniques, and sometimes incorporates a mantra. Kundalini Kriya Yoga aims to harness and awaken the Kundalini energy through the central spinal energy channel (Sushumna). This practice enhances vitality and health, bringing mental clarity, balance and awareness.
