A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your course or retreat booking. The remaining 70% must be paid according to the payment terms provided by Braham Yoga.

We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, UPI, and card. Any additional charges applied by the payment provider, including PayPal fees, and card transaction fees are the responsibility of the student.

• If you pay by card, an additional 3% fee will be charged.
• If you pay by PayPal, an additional 10% fee will be charged.

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us by email at brahamyoga@gmail.com at least 15 days before your course or retreat start date.
If you cancel at least 15 days in advance, 15% of the advance payment will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date are non-refundable.

If you need to change your course or retreat dates, please inform us at least 15 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided in a nearby guest house based on availability at the time of your booking. We will arrange a safe, clean, and hygienic place to stay with an attached toilet and bathroom.
Braham Yoga is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay at the guest house.
Meals: Meals are included only in our retreats and 21-day course. If you are joining any other course and would like to have meals, please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Students are expected to attend the required classes and participate sincerely in the program. Certificates are issued after completing the required course or training.

Students are responsible for informing Braham Yoga about any relevant health conditions, physical limitations, allergies, or special requirements before participating. Our healing, alternative therapy, yoga, Ayurveda, and wellness programs are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour toward teachers, staff, other students, and the local community. Serious misconduct, disruptive behaviour, or behaviour that affects the safety or experience of others may result in removal from the program without a refund.
